Procedure

Mill phase B ingredients, mix until homogenous. Mix phase A ingredients in a suitable vessel, heat to 75°C. With continuous stirring, slowly add phase B into phase C, heat batch to 75°C. This is phase B/C. Add phase A to phases B/C with stirring and continue mixing until uniform. Homogenize using an IKA ultra Turrax T25 basic homogenizer at 11,000 rpm for 30-45 seconds, while maintaining a temperature of 75°C. Cool batch to 70-60°C, add Carbopol Aqua SF-1 Polymer with stirring. Mix until uniform. Cool batch to 60-50°C, neutralize to pH of 6.8-7.0 with triethanolamine. Mix until uniform. Cool batch to <40°C, add Glydant Plus Liquid, mix until uniform.
